Terms and Conditions
Before using the website to make a purchase, please read these general sales and delivery terms for NUA Wallart. These terms are binding and cannot be changed unless a written agreement is made between the parties. In these terms, NUA Wallart is referred to as the “supplier,” and the purchaser is referred to as the “customer.”
By purchasing any product offered by NUA Wallart (hereinafter: we) through our website or offline, it is deemed that the consumer has read these terms, fully understands them, and accepts them. We encourage the customer to familiarize themselves with these terms before making a purchase and to check them regularly to be aware of all user rights and obligations. We assume no responsibility if the consumer fails to do so. These terms and conditions relate to the purchase of products and cover the rights and obligations that arise from the conclusion of a distance selling agreement (hereinafter: the agreement) between the consumer as the end customer and NUA Wallart.
Products are ordered electronically through the webshop (a) or by contacting us directly (b).
(a) When products are ordered via the webshop, the order is sent to us. Shortly thereafter, we will contact you to obtain more detailed information about your custom design, after which we will create a design proposal tailored specifically to your space. Once you’ve accepted the proposal, the wallpaper will be printed, and within 14 days, it will be in your hands.

After accepting the proposal, the customer receives an order confirmation with payment details. Upon receiving payment, the product goes to print. The agreement is entered into when the customer’s approval is received by us. The agreement for the sale of products between us and the customer is binding when we receive an electronic message containing a statement from the customer accepting the offer or at the time of ordering the product.
